How is everything going on with you recently? Right now I, together with my classmates, am doing a market research into whether the domestic supermarkets are selling food from cloned animals. I am writing to you because I am curious about what is happening in American supermarkets.

On a personal note, food from cloned animals must be forbidden. Although many people assume that a clone is an exact copy of another animal, there are differences actually. For example, Dolly the sheep, the first cloned mammal, died at a much younger age than normal. As a result we can’t confirm that this kind of food is really safe for humans to eat.

I would appreciate it if you could write back to tell me the situation in the USA.
