  Firstly , obtain as large a vocabulary as possible .It is a good habit to do some reading every day and remember some typical sentences. Practice makes perfect .Therefore , doing enough exercises can definitely improve your listening and writing .In this way you are sure to improve your English.

  As for examination anxiety , it’s unnecessary for you to wok too late before the exam .Instead , you ‘d better go to bed earlier than usual , otherwise you would feel tired the next day .
