If you do it too often. it can make you unhealthy and fat. When you eat, you should eat slowly. If you eat too quickly, you may "clean your plate" instead of paying attention to whether your stomach feels full.

Be smart about your dinner. A good time for a healthy evening meal is between 17: 00 and 20: 00. Food provides us with energy, and at night your body simply doesn't need any, It's best to avoid late night snacks because they fill you with unnecessary calories and can disrupt(擾亂)your sleep.
