This book is very easy to understand for kids and helpful if you want them to understand why you want them to eat certain foods. It also explains food groups on a level they can understand.

The book explains the nutrition you receive and which part of your body it feeds. But when it says that you get all of your energy from things like cereal and bagels, it doesn't look right. I just don't agree on it.

I face the same problems when I study and live in Melbourne. Everything is different, including language and habit, and I have to fit into all of it.
