WHAT time of day do you feel most clear-headed? Are you more of a morning person? Or does it take you a few hours to get your brain going? A lot of recent studies show that we should pay attention to our body clock. It can tell us at what time of day we are a1.to perform best, says the report.

When it comes to the human brain (大腦), many people work best later in the morning. This is because the body’s temperature takes time to rise through the day. Taking a warm shower when you w2.up can help speed this up.

A scientist studied patterns of dead tree rings which had grown there. He decided that the people had to leave because they had cut down all the trees. Trees were necessary to make fires and buildings. So, after the people destroyed the trees, they had to move.
